TRAVEL: Planning your Getaway!
Embracing a "new" anti-aging lifestyle means prioritizing relaxation and stress reduction as essential components of your daily routine. Fortunately, scientific research supports the notion that lowering stress levels can lead to significant improvements in your overall health, mood, and longevity. Lucky You! So, start dreaming of that special place, where you close your eyes and feel the ocean breeze.
By incorporating practices such as mindfulness, meditation, or yoga, you not only nurture your mind but also promote physical well-being. We can all face "burn-out" in our work and personal lives, so finding time for leisurely activities, whether it’s reading a book or enjoying nature, can further enhance your emotional state and help fend off the effects of aging. Adopting this more relaxed approach to life, may reveal that these benefits extend beyond mere aesthetics, fostering a greater sense of happiness and fulfillment as you age gracefully. So, take a deep breath and commit to a lifestyle that prioritizes peace and well-being; your future self will thank you. I know I'm always ready for a new adventure! M

Your mission...should you accept it is: Get Outta Here!
We're on a mission to change the way you think about work and leisure. Getting away so your brain and body can relax, clear the cache, unplug the machine... is good for your health. It is not cheating, it's recharging, and research has proven that people who take short "getaways" do better at work and are easier to work with on a daily basis. So, learn to embrace the notion that taking periodic getaways is a positive, healthy move to make.
It doesn't have to be expensive or time-consuming. Just take a hike for a day, away from the hustle, a swim at a local hotel you always drive by and admire, dinner at sunset a hour out of town, with that special view. Refocus on what's important. It's not working for more money so you can buy something you really don't need. It's taking care of yourself.
If you break down, that becomes more expensive than any day off or three-day vacation, right? Your goal is to monitor yourself and be strong enough to say when you need a break. Only you know when that may be the case, but respect yourself and take time for yourself. You deserve it!
Our vision... of travel
.. Is finding a special place that allows you to unwind, relax, clear your mind. Not work. That's what we can business-travel. And your heart and brain need a break from that kind of pressure. Let's find that place or image, or maybe fantasy you dream of when you think of places where I feel the most peaceful or the most excited. Whatever and where ever it is, you can create a plan to go there. This can include a retreat, a Spa, a different world than where you live in each day. Meditation, yoga, exploring new lands, or even solitude. Find it!
